Records may include symptoms, medications, interventions, appointment notes, questions, summaries, and user-selected tags or saved views.
Privacy and data controls
Your records should feel understandable, exportable, and under your control.
Aletheia is designed for sensitive symptom records. The privacy approach is simple: keep personal records separate from fictional demo data, explain exports before they happen, and give users clear deletion controls.Plain-language summary
Fictional demo records are for product exploration. They should not be treated as personal health records and are kept conceptually separate from personal records.
Exports can create copies outside Aletheia. Review exported summaries before sharing them with anyone else.
Deletion controls remove matching local Aletheia records from the current browser storage. They do not delete files already downloaded or copied elsewhere.
Personal records stay separate from demo records
Aletheia can show fictional demo records for exploration. Demo records are clearly separated from personal symptom, medication, intervention, appointment, and summary records.
You control export and deletion
Settings includes controls to export personal records as CSV or JSON and to delete symptom, medication, intervention, or appointment records with confirmation.
Exports are user-directed
Before copying or exporting summaries, Aletheia explains what may be included so users can review the wording first.
Aletheia is a communication tool
Aletheia helps organise records and prepare appointment summaries. It does not diagnose, treat, triage, determine urgency, or replace clinical judgement.
Before sharing a summary
Appointment summaries and exported packets may contain sensitive personal details. Aletheia should help you review, edit, and confirm wording before copying, downloading, or sharing any summary.
