For testers

Useful feedback focuses on trust, clarity, and workflow fit.

Aletheia is being shaped around whether complex records become easier to explain before an appointment.

Educational content only

These pages do not interpret your personal records.

Educational pages explain Aletheia’s concepts, safety boundaries, and communication model. They are separate from user-specific interpretation, appointment summaries, symptom timelines, and Ask Aletheia responses.

What to test

  • Can you enter symptoms without feeling judged or forced into certainty?
  • Does the calendar or timeline make the record easier to review?
  • Does Ask Aletheia stay within safe boundaries?
  • Does the appointment summary sound accurate to the user’s experience?
  • Would you use this before an appointment?

Useful feedback categories

Use categories such as useful, confusing, trust concern, bug, missing feature, or would use before appointment. Short, specific examples are more useful than general praise.

What not to include

Do not send urgent medical needs through product feedback. If something feels immediately unsafe or severe, seek urgent medical help or local emergency care.
